We had manual payroll process before, but we now have an easy payroll process using FiliPay System which helped us generating reports from government, SSS, PHIC, Pag-Ibig, BIR and also Pay Slip, bank report and monitoring our Leaves. We also resolved our problem in our time and attendance especially, now that we are in a work from home set-up. Filiclock is a big help for us to monitor the time IN and OUT of our employees, there’s no need to submit the manual DTR like in the past.

We have nothing to compare because it’s our first time to use the Payroll System from other provider.

We have nothing to say negative with regards to FiliPay support and in the course during the implementation, Filipay gave us 100% support until we went go live and until now. FiliPay team members guided and support us every time we encountered some issues/problems or in need of additional info, the responses are always quick.
